Richard Cordray, director of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) is getting fed up with coverage of issues with the bureau’s complaint database. In a rare statement that expressed frustration with criticism from the media, Cordray wrote in a letter to the editor that one publication’s recent article was “riddled with inaccuracies about how the database works.” See what the director said here.
