Arguing that its bank both RESPA violations and wrongfully foreclosed on his home, pro se litigant Wendell Harper filed a rambling 68-page complaint, which not only was six days late, but also “not a model of clarity,” the court said. In it, the court determined that Harper was alleging that the loan default which led to the foreclosure was a conspiracy by the bank to take his family home.
