In this episode, October Research Chief Knowledge Officer Mary Schuster spoke with Mike LaRosa and Aaron Davis of the Florida Agency Network about their first-hand knowledge of the importance of being prepared for a crisis, having managed to maintain operations through two hurricanes in short succession.
