Cloud-based technology provider Blue Sage Solutions launched a digital service platform to support lenders through the entire lifecycle of a mortgage. The initial version of the system has all of the necessary functions for interim servicing, with full-scale servicing functionality to follow.
The company stated the Blue Sage Digital Servicing Platform (DSP) revolutionizes mortgage servicing operations using API-based technology that merges loan origination and servicing functions and is fully compliant. DSP is available for all lenders, not just those using Blue Sage’s digital lending platform. Regardless of loan origination system, DSP can be used to automate closed loan transfers, process individual and batch payments, onboard loans, and collect payments.
“We are thrilled to introduce a truly innovative, digital, cloud-built servicing platform that we expect will transform mortgage servicing operations as we know it,” Blue Sage Solutions founder and Chairman Carmine Cacciavillani said in a release. “This groundbreaking achievement personifies our commitment to driving innovation and efficiency – not only within the loan production process, but throughout the entire mortgage lifecycle.”
The full servicing version of Blue Sage DSP will include functionalities such as investor reporting and default management, the company added. The later version will also provide lenders and servicers with a “continually evolving platform capable of adapting to their growing needs and industry demands.”
